Who we are (data controller)
BrainSG, a brand of Elite Santos LLC, operates this website and the Dualis Mail early-access waitlist. Contact: privacy@brainsg.com.
What we collect and why
- Waitlist form: name, company, job title, work email, company size — used solely to manage the early-access program and contact you about it.
- Technical minimum: the IP address and timestamp of your signup (abuse prevention / proof of consent), and whether you confirmed your email.
Legal basis: your consent (the checkbox you tick, plus the confirmation email — double opt-in). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their marketing, we do not profile you, and we set no advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
How long we keep it
Until the early-access program ends or you ask us to delete you, whichever comes first. Unconfirmed signups may be purged earlier.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or withdraw consent at any time: email privacy@brainsg.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Where it lives
The waitlist is stored on our own infrastructure in the EU/US. When we send you email we use a transactional email provider acting as a processor under a data-processing agreement.
About the Dualis Mail product
This policy covers the marketing waitlist only. The Dualis Mail service is end-to-end encrypted by design: our servers store only ciphertext and cannot read message content. The product has its own documentation on data handling.
